This conviction lies at the heart of IFERD.

As a Chartered Accountant, CFO, Business Coach, Life Coach, and Manifestation Coach, my professional journey has allowed me to work across finance, business, leadership, strategy, and human development. These experiences have reinforced a fundamental belief: sustainable progress begins with empowered individuals and is accelerated through strong institutions and meaningful collaboration.

Education, in my view, must go beyond academic achievement. It must develop critical thinking, leadership, financial awareness, entrepreneurial capability, resilience, ethical values, and the confidence to create opportunities. Research must move beyond knowledge creation to become a catalyst for innovation and practical solutions. And development must ultimately translate into greater opportunity, inclusion, dignity, and quality of life for society. This is where IFERD seeks to make a meaningful contribution.

Our three foundational pillars – Educational Excellence, Research & Innovation, and Social Development, provide the framework through which we seek to connect knowledge with action and ideas with impact. IFERD is committed to creating a credible platform that brings together educators, researchers, academicians, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, professionals, institutions, philanthropists, and social changemakers. Our objective is not simply to create networks, but to create purpose-driven collaborations.

We believe that the challenges of tomorrow cannot be addressed through isolated efforts. They require interdisciplinary thinking, institutional partnerships, responsible leadership, and a willingness to share knowledge and resources for the larger good.

I particularly believe in the power of individual potential. Every individual carries the capacity to learn, grow, lead, innovate, and create an impact. As Deputy Director General, I look forward to contributing towards an IFERD that is credible in its purpose, professional in its execution, inclusive in its approach, and measurable in its impact. But institutions become stronger not through individuals alone, but through the people and organizations that believe in their purpose and choose to walk alongside them. Therefore, I extend my sincere invitation to our institutional partners, corporate organizations, educators, researchers, entrepreneurs, professionals, philanthropists, and changemakers to engage with IFERD and explore opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
