International Federation for Education, Research & Development (IFERD) is established with the motto, “Uniting Minds for Global Impact.” It is committed to building a global platform that brings together educators, researchers, professionals, industry and social impact leaders, academic institutions, industries, government and non-government organizations, and individuals from diverse fields to collaborate for the advancement of society. Aligned with its core vision, IFERD focuses on three key pillars: Educational Excellence, Research & Innovation, and Social Development. IFERD is incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013 as a not-for-profit organization in India. The Federation proudly carries forward the legacy and vision of the Education Research and Development Association (ERDA), a charitable trust founded in 2015 at Patna by Dr. R. K. Mishra. ERDA was built with dedication, perseverance, and a deep commitment to education and social welfare. From its very inception, Dr. Mishra devoted himself wholeheartedly to nurturing the organization with care and purpose. Supported by a small yet passionate group of members, he worked tirelessly to transform ERDA into a respected philanthropic and professional organization with an expanding national and international presence. Despite facing several challenges, particularly financial constraints, the organization remained steadfast in its mission and continued to serve society with sincerity and determination. One of the most remarkable aspects of ERDA’s journey was its commitment to accessibility and service. From 2015 to 31 March 2024, the association did not charge any membership subscription fee. During this entire period, the financial responsibilities of the organization were personally borne by Dr. Mishra, reflecting his selfless dedication and unwavering belief in the cause of education, research, and social upliftment.
