Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of IFERD Chapters shall serve as the principal leadership of their respective Chapters and shall be responsible for providing strategic direction, oversight, and guidance for the effective functioning of Chapter activities. They shall ensure alignment of Chapter initiatives with the objectives of IFERD, supervise the Executive Committees and Sub-Committees, and promote collaboration and engagement across stakeholders within their respective jurisdictions.
